Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. Once order is fulfilled tracking number will be sent to email provided.

Please allow up to 10 business days total for processing and shipping during busy periods.

We are not responsible for lost packages once the tracking number has been sent.

Returns & Damaged Items:
All sales are final — no refunds are offered. If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery at jewelmebarjmb@gmail.com and provide clear photo evidence of the damage within the same 72-hour window. Once reviewed, a replacement item will be sent out.
