Shipping & Processing

Every bracelet is handmade to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for your order to be created before shipping. During periods of high order volume, processing may take up to 14 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, please email jewelmebarjmb@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage. We’ll gladly send a replacement for eligible claims.
