All items are handmade to order. Please review all details prior to purchase and allow 5-10 business days for your order to be handcrafted before shipping. During periods of high order volume, processing times may extend up to 14 business days. Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided. 

Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours at jewelmebarjmb@gmail.com with clear photos and a replacement will be sent.
